Placing your order
Ordering is a breeze! Simply find the items you want from browsing through our online catalogue or search for the item you want. Once you have decided on an item, enter a quantity and click the “add to cart” button.
When you are ready to submit your order, click on the “my cart” link or the “Go to checkout” button to review the items in your cart.
If you have not already signed in, you will be taken to a sign-in page where you can log in or submit your contact/registration details. When you are finished, simply click Send Enquiry and your order will be on its way. You will receive an order number for reference, and an order confirmation will be e-mailed to you shortly.
Please note that you will not be charged at any point in this process. We will contact you after receiving your order and provide you with a quotation and shipping options from your items. It is only after we receive your confirmation for the quote and shipping options that we ask for your shipping, billing and payment details.
How will I know if you have received my order?
If you logged in before placing your order, you can go to your member profile to check your order status and history.
We always send an e-mail confirmation after you place your order. This confirmation will include your entire order summary and your order number. If you don’t receive a confirmation, please contact us at info@edudiscoverycentre.com so we can confirm your e-mail address.
All registered members can purchase items from our website. Edutool Discovery Centre does not sell, rent or loan customer information to any third party. Your information is completely safe with us and your confidentiality is highly valued, so rest assured.
Can I change my order?
You can change or cancel your order at any time before confirming your order. However, due to the speed we process your order, once you confirm your order, we can no longer change or cancel your order.
